Privacy Policy

Overview

Just Apps (“we”, “us”, “our”) builds iOS apps under the Just brand. This policy applies to Just Habits, Just Nudge, Just Fitness, Just Food, Just Sleep, and other Just apps we publish, unless a separate policy is linked inside a specific app.

What we do not do

• We do not require you to create a Just Apps account.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use third-party advertising networks in our apps.

Data on your device

Content you create in our apps (for example habits, meals, workouts, routes, or settings) is stored on your device using Apple’s on-device storage (such as Core Data). We cannot access that data remotely.

Apple & system services

Some apps use Apple frameworks that process data according to Apple’s privacy policies, for example:

• App Store & payments: Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple. We do not receive your card details.
• HealthKit (e.g. Just Fitness): health data you choose to read or write is governed by Apple’s Health permissions; we use it only as the app describes on screen.
• Location (e.g. outdoor workouts): used only for features you start (such as route recording), as explained in the app and in system permission prompts.
• Family Controls / Screen Time APIs (e.g. Just Nudge): used only to provide the in-app features you enable; processed on device within Apple’s system.
• iCloud or App Groups (if used): sync or widgets may use Apple’s encrypted services as described in the app.

Notifications

Where you enable reminders, scheduling is handled on your device or through Apple’s notification system. We do not operate a separate server to read the content of your reminders.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13 in a way that collects personal information from them beyond what Apple’s systems require for normal app use.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, note significant changes in app release notes.
